By purchasing Monika Puschova’s Hourly Packages or by agreeing to work with Monika Puschova on an hourly basis, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions set out below.

Non-Refundable Packages: All purchased packages are non-refundable. Please ensure your commitment before making a purchase.

Working Hours: My working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. I do not work on weekends.

Urgent Tasks: For tasks requiring urgent attention outside regular hours or with immediate deadlines, a surcharge of 1.5 times my usual hourly rate will apply.

Response Time: I strive to respond promptly but may not always be immediately available due to other client commitments.

Emergency Communication: In case of an emergency, please send a message or email labeled "URGENT" for quicker attention.

Client Queue: All work is completed in the order it is received unless specified as urgent (with the applicable surcharge).

Project Timelines: Agreed-upon timelines may shift slightly based on the complexity of your project and existing workloads.

Payment Terms: All payments must be completed before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Communication Channels: Communication will primarily take place via email. Calls can be scheduled as needed. Please note that Zoom calls or a phone call consultations are charged as well as per hourly/package rates.

Revisions and Updates: Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon in the package; additional changes will incur extra charges.​
